Motorweek shortchanges AMC

On the PBS "Motorweek" 25-year anniversary program, they had segment
where they talked about how technology has improved in today's cars
and the kind of features common today. One of the things they said
to make the point was that in 1981 if you wanted an all-wheel-drive
car, your only choices were Audi or Subaru! (Of course we know
better! A friend of mine who owns an Eagle wagon sent Motorweek
an email correcting their omission. What is it with so many car
guys that AMC just gets no respect?)
