Matt,
AMO at there national meet does concours judging, not sure about AMCRC.
NAMDRA does what you probably call "Show & Shine" judging and the reason
we do this is because we feel that there are just not enough people out
there who could properly judge a car on originality, true restoration,
etc., etc.
