1963 Classic low-rider

I was bored today and started channel surfing waiting
for the day to warm up. I came upon a program on PBS
about a bunny who talks and his half bunny-half human
father (???) and they were talking about low rider
bikes and cars in So Cal. They showed a low rider meet
and mixed in with all the customary 62 Chevys, Montes,
et al was a 1963 Classic low rider. I only saw the
grill and it was in the background but it sure looked
