Just to reiterate what Jerry outlined, anyone can subscribe anyone to the list, conversely anyone can unsubscribe them
as well, so we don't have to wait for a moderator to step in. If you see someone complaining about being on the list,
just unsubscribe them. They will get a confirmation message about their unsubscription request.
