The four bangers had a 4-spd available. Car Craft
features the AMC drags in this months issue and they
report a factory ordered 4 spd, or maybe it was dealer
installed as Car Craft is rather ignorant on AMCs
(witness their comment on the purchase of a 232- 2spd
auto American) but they are learning.......Russ
