If the valve cover is stated to replace the plastic one, it will fit. You may have to tap some of the holes i nthe Eagle head, but the kit will note which ones and should note what size taps are needed. The plastic valve cover had a few studs modled in that aligned with holes in the head, but the holes aren't tapped.
