amxfiles.com archive problems

As Frank and I have both explained a bunch of times, the amxfiles archive is just a subscriber to the list, like any other subscriber, and sometimes it doesn't receive some mail from the list for any number of reasons. Email used to be a very dependable medium before the spammers ruined it -- now it barely works at all.

The system used to work very well until my ISP switched mail server software, and then it started going to hell -- the problems have actually been worse than they appear to people using the site. So I finally decided to give up trying to make my software work with my ISP's sketchy email server and I switched the archive over to an email account on a different system. I think it should work more consistently now, but I'll be monitoring it closely for a few days.
