Tom,

There's a radiator shop in Miday, CA (midway between
Huntington Beach and Westminster I think) which has
done good work for me.  They aren't too far out of
your way (on your way to work at UCI).  I think it is
called, cleverly enough, Midway Radiator.

Call em up or go talk with them.
