STEERING WHEEL QUESTION

Happy Tuesday Listers,
Just bought a nos Rambler steering wheel for the 65 Marlin. Part number is 9745829, can anyone tell me what it is from and if it will fit the Marlin? Will the horn ring fit from the Marlin? Also I will want to change the color, what products are out ther to paint it. As always and help is appreciated.
