There used to be a guy ...I think out on the west coast I thought....working
on and actually running a generation 1 engine turbo Rambler. That has been
several years ago. I remember getting the Dick Datson newsletter with
pictures of it. Is that what you are talking about? Interesting project for
sure. The guy who owned it, got really sick.I have never seen mention of it
online, but then again, I have not dug that deeply. I'd like to know the
details of whatever happened to that project.

like that, would have been better with a 327. And yes, a 327 could
have pushed the car up there with a turbo. It will take more boost
with fewer mods too... and, I must admit, would need a few pounds
more
boost to get the same results.
