They used two Aerodyne Turbos > probably a pair of Garretts
would go nicely.
Ross Pistons > Manley or Scat Rods > no ECM changes.

Yeah, but the twin turbo model is experimental, and just for show.
I'm
not sure it would be practical, and I AM sure it would be expensive
to
build and fit in a car! A single turbo would be more practical, and I
wouldn't be surprised to see that in Trail Blazers before long, maybe
even in 1500 series trucks. The six has the low end pulling power
(torque) without the turbo, the turbo supplies the mid range + power.
A turbo twin cam, variable timing I-6 should deliver close to the
same
performance as the latest small V-8s with better economy.
