There may be a problem here! I looked at a Supra six (non turbo) w/the A340 or whatever Toyota calls their version of the AW4. The problem is the TV cable. The Toyota doesn't have one! Where the TV cable went was some sort of electronic controller. There may be a couple internal differences other than the valve body and controller such as an extra couple discs in the clutch pack, but as long as the Toyota controller is used it should work. The controller has to use the TPS and engine speed controller to move the TV using that stepper motor or variable position solenoid -- whatever it is. Just something to be aware of! As far as I know the Supra has a separate controller like pre 96 Jeeps. If it doesn't, the TV cable from a Jeep would be needed, and there's no guarantee it will work with the Supra valve body. I'm pretty sure the case is the same -- it looked that way. It just had this electric controller stuck on the outside just like the cable would be, so a Jeep cable shoul!
d work with the Toyota trans... should...

Agreed! You'd have to put a big turbo on the six to get it anywhere near the Hemi, and then you'd end up with more money in the engine than you paid. It would probably cost $2500 or more to get a turbo and EFI system together that would make that kind of power and survive. It could be done, but would strain anyone's budget! There's more to the car than just motor!!

Yeah, but the twin turbo model is experimental, and just for show. I'm not sure it would be practical, and I AM sure it would be expensive to build and fit in a car! A single turbo would be more practical, and I wouldn't be surprised to see that in Trail Blazers before long, maybe even in 1500 series trucks. The six has the low end pulling power (torque) without the turbo, the turbo supplies the mid range + power. A turbo twin cam, variable timing I-6 should deliver close to the same performance as the latest small V-8s with better economy.
