That's exactly the setup on my '64. Had what looked (to me anyway) to be the original rock-hard rubber hose on it when I got it (secured with big spring clamps). I just went to my local mom-and-pop parts house, and bought some 1-inch bulk rubber radiator hose to replace it with. Looks great.

I have an air cleaner from a 64 American 196 engine
that hooks up to the Puke Tube breather on the side of
the block, but the hose is missing. It is a little 1"
thing. Was this a flexible tin hose or a solid tube.
The air cleaner has the air intake coming off the
side, like a figure 6, instead of straight out the
middle. Was this an early California thing or an
option offered everywhere.....Russ
