I've sent e-mails to Bryan and Joe on this matter. Any further communication between them concerning this matter that isn't something others on the list have an interest in will be conducted in e-mail. 

For list member in general: I realize there were some mis-communications, but things like this need to be resolved between the appropriate parties, NOT ON THE LIST. The information and questions about the cables are fine, the rest isn't. Please confine discussion to throttle cables, not issues ocncerning this transaction.
