You betcha' > I'm just across from Poughkeepsie NY > on the Hudson
in New Paltz......... great Grape / Wine country but steamy when the 
Temps soar.

No AC > close the door & it is twenty degrees cooler in here if I 
catch it by 8AM>.

I had a friend in Yonkers years ago > kinda' a City if I recall 
correctly.   Get that Hornet rolling gum-balls & come on up
to NP > nice Collage Town with a Mountain in the back yard.

I'm sure you'd 
enjoy flogging the ride up to the Overlook.  Mohunk Mountain
House is a place to see > turn of the Century Palace for the Rich,
fish in the Mountain Lake & take that huge Trout to the Chef for
a Brunch, ....... > any way you like it.

Kammback is off the road until I get more done > which isn't
on the Map in this Heat !
