199 MPG average?

whats your average miles per gallon achieved with your 199 or 232 I6? I haven't been driving mine long..and I drive it a little hard but the MPG seems too low and I'd like to compare.  I think I'm getting about 12mpg..that included a 15mile road race with a 74 cutlass so normally prob about 13-14mpg. thanks
