Maybe I should make a list before posting!! I've saw several times that the Indy engine had an ALUMINUM block. That's possible, but doubtful. If you get the chance, ask! I think people are getting the Indy Six confused with the later 70s "stock block" aluminum V-8 based on an AMC engine.
