Contact the local axle/driveline shop, and take a washer with you. Those things are pretty generic -- a Ford 9" or Chrysler 8.75" use just about the same thing, or maybe a Dana 60. The shop should be able to match one up, then you'll know what to order if they don't have the right thickness.
