For what ever it's worth...I had mine glued down and REALLY regret it at this point. If the glue gets on anything other than the floor....it's almost impossible to get off! I'm with Frank....NO glue!
Likewise here! A few years later I did find there was a very small spot, front end of the kick panels, where it tended to slip down, a bit of glue there helped.
