I just made one from 7/32" drill rod, a 90-degree bend at one end
(washers, cotter pins) and a folded-steel clevis and pinned
threaded rod coupler.  I couldn't find one locally after a month
of looking.

Probably you will find one in 10 minutes. They should not be rare.
They'll vary with the throttle linkage setup; my 81 intake manual
has the hang-low bracket.

Now that I made one, I'll probably see two every time I go to
U-Pull-It.
