more info please! this is the first i've heard of these - both short
style for small cars i presume? what years/models for each of the two
styles?
I thought it was common knowledge! There's something I know you
don't? Shocking.
Tomorrow I'm working on cars -- so I'll dig out the brackets and
photo and measure. Basically both bolt to the three bosses on the
bl;ock vertical; the pad that the motor mounts bolt two, with two
bolts, is shifted front or rear, depending. Handy to have both
sets!

you must mean besides the obvious flywheel/starter/bolt pattern
changes.
Yes, but 70 vs. 72, say, it appears that the fly/bell/starter is
the only major change; so I lumped those together in my above
brief remark.
Now that I think of it, I don't even own one normal-engined car:
* 1963 classic has a 1970 232 + BW
* 1972 hornet has a 1970 232 + BW
* 1970 hornet has a 1983 258 +A904
(The 72 has the 70s engine in it; Ran Akerman did that out of
expedient necessity.)
