{FORGED?} There's Always One To Give You a Hard Time

2 days ago I decided it was time to loosen up the door hinge bolts on both doors on my Hornet. After soaking them with Blaster all came loose but one, it broke off. I am going to pull the doors and with the hinges still bolted to the car replace all the pins and bushings in all 4 hinges. I don't want to take the chance of any bolts breaking off in the cowl. I have new strikers, door gaskets, window channel and fuzzies to install after I repaint the inside of the doors where the window frame welds that were cracked and re-welded. I have gotten some Sherman Williams acrylic enamel mixed that almost matches the cars original color perfect. I already painted the hatchback quarter window frames that had surface rust.
