Yeah, with the wheel off, turn the rotor and bonk the caliper back
and forth with a rubber mallet. If you can adjust the position of
the caliper so that it doesn't drag, it's just sticking on the
caliper brackets.  Remove, file, sand, smooth the surfaces, a
little bit of grease (mostly to keep water out). Maybe the wedge
lock is too tight...

Wow great information and timely too !!! I am just about to mount those
parts on the car and I've been wondering what to do with them to keep things
functioning correctly. I painted everything with caliper paint (not the
rotor to pad surface). I did paint the wedge, bracket and spring pieces and
wondered if that might be a mistake. Maybe I should clean the paint where
the surfaces ride against each other and use some synthetic grease to keep
things friction free. I chose red paint and I've got some Redline CV-2
synthetic grease that by golly is red in color also.
