Early 90's mopars used the check engine light and cycling the ignition
switch to dump the codes. It worked on my dad's 91 wrangler. On off on
off on with the key and the codes should dump, here is a list of them:
DTC No.

Subject: success!
It's legal and on the road again!
I had to do several circling procedures and play phone tag with
Hagertys, but the insurance was in place last night and today I actually
drove the American on it's maiden voyage! Not too far, just a few miles
to get a feel for things. It is much better then before. I can drive it
and shift gears with no lurching and hesitation, My knees don't hit the
steering wheel now that it has tilt either!
I do have an intermittant check engine light. Is there a way to get a
code out of a 91 H.O system without a code reader?
I'm a pretty sure it's full throttle power is down from the 4 barrel
setup , but the driveability is awesome!
I have some little things to go over before I start putting any
serious miles on it. Nothing too serious though.
I'm just plain glad to finally get it to this point!!!
