Marty,

Not sure about the CVR, but I have an IMI unit turning
over a 12.7:1 compression 401 and so far it has been a
very nice unit.  No troubles.  I think most of them
use the same unit.  Most are remanufactured unit. 
Make sure the one you are getting has the adjustable
mounting plate.  This will allow you to set it in a
position so that you can remove it without moving your
headers.

Anyone have any info on the CVR mini race starter
currently for sale on eBay (#7977308803)?  Price is
considerably less than IMI and Powermaster...but is it
reliable?  Thanks.
