Todd, glad to hear you got it figured out.  Thanks to your pictures and 
help, I was able to figure out what needed to go where with all those 
crazy adapters.  I still need to find a small-headed bolt to go the in 
recessed hole of the adapter that moves the throttle cable linkage, and 
one or two other things, as soon as I get my butt over to the hardware 
store...  Just a quick question about your spacer, when I opened mine, 
the plastic wrap stuff stuck to it a little bit and tore some of the 
cardboard type material off the spacer.  Pretty cheesy build quality if 
you ask me, but did you have the same thing?  It didn't take too much 
off so I just put that side down, but if it was a huge hunk I could 
easily see it leaking.
