I don't know if the guide springs are available as a replacement part, I've never had to replace one. They don't come with the pads though. Hmmm... you could be referring to an "anti-squeal" clip on the pad itself? Those don't come with the pads either. You can put anti-seize behind the pad where it contacts the piston and that will help, but will wear off after a while. You can put RTV behind it too, that seems to last a little longer. It's vibration of the pad that casues the squeal on light brake application.
