I just joined the list. I have been studying all of the online info
carefully.
My wife and I are looking for two 1983 AMC Eagles. We would like to find 1.
an Eagle Limited station wagon with the big six and the five speed
transmission, and 2. an Eagle SX/4 DL with the big six and the five speed
transmission. We will also want A/C and power windows, etc., which could be
added later, I would assume - but easier to get already installed.
We want to restore them to excellent condition and use them as our primary
vehicles. Our business and driving needs are such that these appear to be
the correct cars for what we are doing.
I am looking for the shop manuals and any other manuals or information that
would enable me to rebuild and maintain these cars as they should be. That
is step one.
Please respond with advice and info as you see fit.
Thanks and best wishes,
Neal Lewis
