343 Harmonic Balancer?

I have two balancers that by the part number, 3181612,
are supposedly for a 343 V8.  One of the balancers has
four balance holes (drilled recesses in front of
balancer) and the other one has only two holes.

Does anyone know which is actually correct for a
factory 343 engine?  I want to send one of these to
Damper Dudes to be rebuilt.  I don't recall which
junkyard engine either balancer came from.
