Much of it was luck.  They contacted the local branch of the AMCRC, which 
put out a call for cars.  Specifically, they were looking for Ramblers, 
preferrably stock, condition not a major issue.  Hemmings' photog and 
editor ended up picking mine and Neil Rodriguez's '62 Classic (there's 
some others they are shooting too, but those are what I know) to shoot.

Of course, mine had a slight proviso.  I have to lose the curb feelers 
for the shoot -- and I had to have a different radiator hose.  Now the 
frantic search makes more sense, eh?

They'll be here all day Thursday, doing moving, still, and details shots 
of both Neil's and my car for the "Classic Car" magazine.  I don't know 
all the details on Neil's portion of the shoot, but Little Car is slated 
for their "drivable dreams" section. No idea yet when they might appear 
in the magazine.
