Jeff, Jeff & Jeff,

The website is nice except the left blue background graphic repeats itself 
making the words un-readable.

May I suggest you use one big table to fix this?  Like this:

(Assuming your WWW.THREEJEFFSAMCS.COM blue graphic is 200pix wide)

        <TABLE WIDTH="100%" HEIGTH="100%">
        <TD BACKGROUND="threejeffslogo.jpg" WIDTH="200" 
HEIGTH="100%">&nbsp;</TD>

        </TD>
        </TABLE>

This SHOULD work...
