PLEASE understand that I have absolutely no problem at all with a hobby 
guy buying and selling parts. I have no problem at all with a guy doing 
something as a Hobby.

What I have a real problem with, and the AMC hobby has quiet a bit of 
it, is ILLEGAL businesses.

Now, you may ask what is an illegal business. Pretty simple, when you 
enter into an enterprise where you are Building parts to sell with the 
sole intention of selling them for profit, then it IS NOT a hobby any 
longer. When you ''go into business'' to buy at wholesale, and sell at 
retail, then this is NO LONGER a hobby business. It is a MONEY making 
enterprize and there are laws, and regulations which cover that type of 
business.

What we have gpoing on right now is this sort of thing. People are just 
deciding to buy and resell parts, or MAKE [that means manufacturer] 
parts which they are selling for big profits. How much money do you 
think it is O.K. to make in a MONEY MAKING enterprise before you really 
need to have a real business??? do you think folks should be ENTITLED to 
make all the EXTRA money they feel like, but NEVER be responsible for 
the REAL costs associated with a REAL business that is SELLING FOR 
PROFIT????

At what point would you think a peson should QUIT lying, cheating, & 
stealing for their ILLEGAL business????? And swap over to a LEGAL money 
moking business??? Can yoiu name a point??? Well, maybe you cannot, but 
our law makers have. So, when the person keeps LYING about his 
illegitimate business when he 100% KNOWS it is illegal, what does that 
make him??? A LIAR, A THIEF, A FRAUD. Is that WHO you are sticking up for???

Dan, believe me, I got NO PROBLEM at all, EVER with a LEGITIMATE AMC 
hobby guy buying and selling AMC parts. Whatr I DO, [and EVERYONE 
should] have a problem with is ILLEGAL businesses that DO NOT pay their 
fair share of the REAL costs of running a business. They get the PROFIT, 
but they only POCKET^ it. They can CUT PRICES because they have no 
overhead at all bercause they are ILLEGAL.

The ILLEGAL AMC vendors KNOW they are illegal, this makes the crime they 
commit even more blatent.  Fraud & theft ALWAYS hurts someone, and these 
CROOKS are harming the REAL GUYS THAT TOOK A CHANCE on this hobby.

What is really harmful is the Hobby Leaders that ALLOW this crap to go 
on. And rather than have a REASONALBE discussion, folks like Tom Bunsey 
will Start a fight, or CHANGE subjects rather than face the FRAUD we 
have. WHY?????? What are they affraid off???? LEGAL businesses????
