A good locksmith will be able to figure out the key shape without pulling the switch from the column, for a fee. You could take the lock out yourself, the code is on the lock, and then have a key made to fit. I think the ignition lock is just as easy, if not easier, to take out than the door lock assuming you have the locking plate depresser which makes things much easier than without.
