Anybody know Mark Werner (Princeton, WI)?

I'm looking for some references or any knowledge on Mark Werner of Princeton, WI. He has a Rambler American 2-door sedan that had been converted to a 343 & 4-speed. Apparently the car he converted had some pretty rusty quarters that he repaired with fiberglass. While the car looks good in photos, I would sure like some independent verification.

He had the car for sale on eBay a little while ago. Whgile his reserve wasn't reached ($3,500!), I was the high bidder. So now we are dickering on price.

But he lives in central Wisconsin and I live in central Ohio, about ten hours driving time away. I really don't want to drive that far to discover that the car is a bigger project than I'm willing to fool with.

So, does anyone know (or know of) this guy?
