I have visited several counrties in Europe, and MOST of the people in
Eastern Europe DON'T speak English. Nor would I expect them to. I also speak
German, which many of them do. Not everybody wants to and/or can speak
English.
Randy's comments were not racist, in my view. Off-topic: yes. Off-base: a
little. (But who isn't?)
To echo another lister: "Can't we all just get along?"!!
