The only place I have found is www.cliffordperformance.com but they want me to also get an intake & carb to make it all work. I can find headers for the 304 from different places - about 1/2 the cost. I also can find Jeep headers listed for '72 258 but I "think" they would not fit - while Jeep is AMC in '72, the pictures of the headers look like they would run into the alternator. My question is - am I off base or can I get away with it - OR - is there an alternative to Clifford? Is Clifford worth it, and just forget my wild ideas? I kinda wanna do this a bit at a time (stretch the money) but if I cant, I cant! Thanks! Thomas L Middlemast ================ Jack Clifford passed away - leaving the business to a hack. For some things - there are no alternatives to Clifford, like the Webber Manifold for the 6, which has been jacked up to $329.00. The Eagle header had Krazy problems - least of all was welding, but mostly - it wasn't made for the Eagle & the guy knew this - sold you it - and told you tough it when asked for a refund. I sent a Support Request to HOOKER headers - who USEd to make Gremlin 6 Headers with different tube sizes etc. - but all I found is their V8 offerings for Gremlins. There may be a few Gremlin 6 sets in a warehouse somewhere - I asked - so I should hear something by the end of the week . When I do I'll post it here. Be cautious with Clifford - a lot of bad things have gone down with the current Owners offerings & attitude. I pretty sure somewhere in a warehouse is a Gremlin 6 Hooker Header set up - finding it is the next step. Brien.
