79 CJ5 w/ 304 in NJ...anyone need it?

I was offered a 1979 Jeep CJ5 with a 304-V8 today,
but personally have no need for it. I *could* take 
the motor for one of the cars, but I know Jeepers
kinda dig this version. I've only seen the thing 
quickly by peeking over a fence. It's certain to 
have rust issues and has sat for quite a while 
with trans troubles. Don't know much beyond that
except I'm told the motor is solid.

Kinda a gold/copper color with a tan hard top.
Didn't ask about tranny type.
