Anyone near Midland Texas? I need a gastank shipped

I found a good gas tank for my Gremlin in Midland Tx.
Seller wont ship..supposedly some kind of business
regulations?  Another fellow ships tanks(used ones
)thru DHL all the time. Can someone in/near Midland
pick it up and ship to me ? Sometimes things can be a
