Hello everyone, I have a question that to some may be simple, but to me, (being new to this situation) it is new, And I want to make sure I am doing it right.

My passenger side glass has detacted itself from the track(s), as some people here already know there is the front track and then there is the rear track.

What I am asking is, can someone here lend some ideas as to what kind of adhesive 
is most commonly used to re-attach the glass to the tracks? Any procedures I should adhere to, cleaning the tracks of old adhesive...ect...ect.

And any other helpful hints to make this process as foolproof as possible.

I only want to do this once, so I would rather get it right the first time...lol
