There's guy in Mass. who advertises in Hemmings and
maybe Cars & Parts too (I'll check) who says he can
make any window gasket. I needed a front window
gasket for my 66 Amercian a few years ago before they
were available from other vendors like Peter Stathes
for instance. This gasket has the chrome strip
inserted into it. I called the number in Hemmings and
the guy knew exactly what I was talking about and even
knew that there were two types of gaskets in 66.
It was not cheap, but I got the gasket.
I'll check Cars & Parts but I don't subscribe to
Hemmings any more.
