Mr. Jusczyk, thanks for your comments, my almost 30 year old Mallory dual point has been doing amazingly fine too, but I want to experiment a bit and hopefully figure out how to make it all work. Aaron thanks very much also, I don't believe I will be drag racing the car, but I do hope to set it up for some "Walter Mitty" type road racing, not too serious but loads of fun. Mr. Blair thank you for the HEI comments, I may go this route also as I have several old distributors that I can get a gear from for the conversion. I have the Motorcraft Distributor so will start with that setup. Now if I can just get it more suited to being programmed for use with electronic fuel injection....................
