Dash Grab Handles

Listers, friends, and anyone else who cares:

   What Eddie is selling is ABSOLUTELY NOT a 71/74 Javelin dash strap.
Matter of fact, it was not used in ANY Javelin or AMX. The 71/74 Javelin
dash strap is completely different.

   It IS, without a shadow of a doubt EXACTLY what List member and parts
vendor Bryan Morrow said it is. It is for a matador. I have also seen that
strap used on Pacers.

   For those of you who didn't see the picture link that Bryan posted, here
it is again. (Thanks Bryan!)

   It is conclusive and I concur 100% with Bryan's statement. I have been in
the parts business long enough to know that the strap Eddie is selling is
being sold under the wrong application.

   Eddie has been in the parts business a long time and he should know the
difference since he has owned many late model Javelins. Hopefully, he
cancels that auction before someone gets buried in a part that is incorrect.
He has been notified by several people regarding this issue, including
myself.
