Identify this piece (Javelin)...

Eddie Stakes has an eBay auction going for a 
handle which he states is a dash handle for 
the 71-74 Javelin and AMX. My experience says 
it's something else, but I can't say for sure
what it is for...perhaps a door pull off another
year or model. Tell me what you think...
