As I mentioned about a week ago. I may be interested in selling my 69 AMX that I can never seem to find the time to put back together. I have about $8500 in the car and would like to get that back if I sell it. Also as mentioned before, this could easily be a $12,000 car when finished with the existing paint and probably closer to $15,000 if repainted due to it being a low mileage, very straight and nearly rust free loaded 390 AMX from California. This is a 390, auto, leather, AC and tilt car in very, very good condition. The URL to see many pictures of the car is as follows: http://www.ofoto.com/ShareLandingSignin.jsp?Uc=7tjg6pvz.6wcnqgjj&Uy=2ax4gm&U post_signin=BrowsePhotos.jsp%3fshowSlide%3dtrue&Ux=0 As you can see in the photos, there is only one small area being the passenger's rear wheel that needs some minor metal repair due a clogged drain hole and the car being parked on a hill and under cover with that side being the low side where moisture collected.. The rest of the car is completely rust free and although the paint is not perfect, it is very good. The following are what is new on the car. Most of the items are in the photos but some of them are still in boxed on the my storage racks in the garage. - rechromed both bumpers and rear window trim chrome plated to show quality: - purchased brand new matching saddle Legendary interior front door panels and rear interior quarter panel pieces - purchased matching and correct new Legendary leather seat covers - new light saddle correct style carpet - new door and trunk gaskets - new window crank handles - new auto shifter knob and button - new ignition bezel - new brake and emergency peddle rubbers - NOS radio antenna - new AMC logo insert below the rear window and new 390 quarter emblems - new headlight J stainless pieces and new headlight surrounds - new hood front trim piece - new steering wheel horn insert - new chrome door lock levers - had the steering wheel repainted after having the cracks repaired, nice job by Manny in Phoenix - purchased NOS center cones for the original style 69 magnum 500 wheels - purchased one NOS and two used 69 style magnum 500 wheels with trim rings (I have not yet looked for the 4th original style wheel) - purchased new correct window fuzzies from Legendary - purchased new correct trunk decals inflator bottle wrapper and under hood decals - purchased new inflatable spare, inflator bottle, correct jack and j hook hold down - purchased new door sill plates (non-etched) although the originals are probably recoverable with a lot of elbow grease - purchased a new interior trim screw set - purchased new lower center pod radio piece and numerous other odds and ends that I can't remember at the moment. If anyone wished to discuss the car further, please feel free to give me a call on the number in this post. This is Best Regards, Dan Curtis Cell 602 317 2018 d.curtis@xxxxxxx
