Ponderings'n parts found

It appears I've found the backup parts I was longing for for the American. As soon as I work out the logistics I will have a set of rot free fenders and doors for my American. I already have a hood.
Some minor issues [small blisters and a few areas where you can see the repairs when it is humid]have left me wanting to have as near to perfect parts as I can find in place for the American.
I hope to one day have time to finish these rotfree parts, then swap them onto the Americans body and respray it. Someday!

I also Ordered one of the Camber qauges that are now on the Market. $39.95 from Racer Parts Wholesale. Best price I could find on the web. I can't wait to try it out and see if it will allow me to do a true alignment at home. I hate relying on the local shops. All the techs seem to know now is "it's within specs' they don't understand optimum at all. My truck has been "in spec" since it was new. I had it aligned twice and it still wore tires on the outside edge from GM's positive camber. So I got ticked off one day and tweaked it myself. I just cranked the rear camber/caster upper control arm pivots in and crossed my fingers. Tire wear has been even ever since I did it! I would like to do it right though!
I just replaced all the bushings in the American so I need to do it too. I will pay for this tool in no time flat if it works as advertised. November Hotrod Mag has a good article on home done alignments. The gauge I ordered looks nicer then the one they mention, but real similar. The one Hotrod mentions is $60.00.
Back to my American parts. Anyone out there traveling past Great Meadows, New Jersey and going to either Baltimore or Morgantown, WestVirginia? I got some parts that need a ride!
