Advance Auto Parts carries conversion kits, at least here in MS (I'm home on leave for a couple weeks from Korea -- 5 months to go when I return!). The kit you need depends on the compressor type since it only replaces seals in the compressor. There should be a plate on the compressor somewhere stating what type it is. If you can't find a plate with a brand name and model number describe it here and someone should be able to help. If it looks like a small lawn mower engine that's easy -- it's a York.
