70 AMC auto tranny

Well I hope I can get my transmission fixed tomorrow. It slips again after a
rebuild in late 2002.
Less than 2000 miles on it. The trans guy thinks it may be those little
tubes inside. I have about had
it with that thing. I just wanted it to last long enough to enjoy driving
the car while I get all the parts
and pieces I need for the 401 5speed conversion but the darn thing won't
even do that for me. Do
any of you guys have an aluminum Borg Warner (I think it's the T44)
transmission that they don't
want? It came behind the 70 and 71 304 V-8. I may need to get some parts.
