Has anyone run across bridged head rocker noise with aftermarket cams? I have a '74 401 with bridged heads. The engine runs well. I've had the heads off and replaced the valves AFTER a rebuild a year ago. The engine sounds like a watch when you start it cold. I have tried shimming the bridges and it seemed to help a little. Is it just time to go to roller rockers and lose the bridges?
