Pistons

 After seeing all the posts on pistons I've come up with a  few
questions.Who,in your opinion, makes the best  forged pistons?How much are
they and where can you get them?What kind of clearances does a forged piston
need?Do the pins have to be floating or can they be press fit?Can you get
them with a D shaped dish to take advantage of  squish?Any help would be
appeciated.Thanks       Jim
