if you build you motor perfect with tight piston clearances, break it in
right, always have good fuel, never advance the timing to far, never let it
run lean, and don't overheat it you will probably be fine with cast
pistons(badger or anybody else)
Of course it you miss a gear or accidentally downshift earlier than you
should and over rev it or screw up anything I mentioned above you will wish
you had spent some money, if you building a stocker put stock cast parts
in it, If you are building something that will allow you to have fun on
friday night, that costs extra(one way or another)
I would rather have factory amc piston than badgers, they are the cheapest
thing you can buy, they are for rebuild factories churning out
replacement motors for worn out daily drivers
